FALCON (Fayette Amateurs Linking Counties Over Networks) – was founded in 2021 originally as “KG5A Amateur Radio Club” with a main goal – to create a common operating picture for emergency communications in times of trouble.
We do this by:
- Dedicating one timeslot of our DMR radio system to everyday use – we know where our system works and what it can do because we use it daily. (Brandmeister 314710)
- Dedicating a timeslot to emergency Mutual Aid traffic. (Brandmeister TG 31444)
